In our Ritual Spa, you’ll find relaxation – complete tranquility. With your ritual products, you are guided step by step through the different parts of the spa. It’s a symbiosis of scent, temperature, and sensation. Move between hot saunas and icy plunges. Wash away stress in the marble spring and unwind by the fire in the Fire Room.

In our Pool Club, you’ll discover another kind of relaxation – freedom from all obligations. Settle into a cabana and do what we all too rarely take the time to do: truly talk with your company. Take time for each other and catch up on life. Order a bottle of bubbly and simply enjoy. This is your time together.

The Ritual Spa, the secluded area with saunas, ice bath, Kneipp pool, etc., is exclusively for guests who wish to experience our rituals. You can always add a spa ritual to your stay by contacting us. Read more about the spa ritual here.

We have an age limit of 18 years in the Pool Club and the Ritual Spa. When accompanied by a guardian, the age limit is 13 years.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM at the earliest, every day. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM Monday–Friday, and no later than 12:00 PM Saturday–Sunday.
These times also apply to access to the pool, spa & sport club.

For conference guests, check-out is at 10:00 AM, every day.

Breakfast is served in Inez & Ernst on the hotel’s entrance floor at the following times:

Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Weekends: 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Yes, we are! We are a proud Swan-labeled hotel. This means, among other things, that we:

• Limit energy use and CO2 emissions, for example by reusing the heat from our pools to warm the hotel.
• Reduce water consumption with water-saving shower heads, smart water measurement systems, etc.
• Use eco-labeled products for daily cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry to minimize unwanted chemicals.
• Serve a high proportion of organic food and beverages.
• Train our employees so that everyone is involved in our environmental efforts.

Would you like an extra pillow or an extra blanket? Have a look in the wardrobe and you’ll find one there. We also have both thinner and thicker pillows – just contact the reception and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Yes, we offer 8 universal chargers that are paid via the app “CloudCharge.”
We also have a Porsche charger – please contact the hotel reception to use this charging station.
