The class is performed in our three planes of motion: forward/backward, sideways, and rotation. The focus is on connection, control, and speed in different types of movements. Strengthening training for the whole body!

Strength training with a barbell for all muscle groups in the body. The class is pre-choreographed with exercises and music from LES MILLS.

Strength & Cardio

Cage

A station-based workout in a small group, performed in our Cage area at the gym. Cage increases your strength, conditioning and explosiveness. The session is interval-based and varies from time to time to challenge you to the max.
