Body/Mind
Yoga, mindfulness & pilates
Yoga is about uniting body, soul, and mind. It is a holistic perspective that creates balance between the inner and the outer. This is exactly how we want our entire resort to be experienced. Yoga can help create balance in everyday life and is a tool for managing stress. The purpose is to calm your thoughts by directing your attention inward with the help of our trained and knowledgeable instructors.
Yoga
Vinyasa Flow
A flowing and playful class. The main purpose of yoga is to strengthen the individual—physically through increased mobility, strength, and balance. The philosophical aspects of yoga can bring awareness to thought patterns, deepen presence, and provide support through life’s changes. Our teachers design their own classes, which means our yoga varies in style, pace, and intensity from one session to another. In Vinyasa, we coordinate movements in a flowing way together with our breath.

LesMills BodyBalance
A blend of yoga, Pilates and tai chi that makes you focused and calm. You train strength and mobility to smooth, flowing music. The class is pre-choreographed with exercises and music from LES MILLS.
Mindful movement
During this session, you will work with exercises from various traditions, focusing on mindful breathing and movement. You will practice strengthening inner abilities, and about 12–15 minutes of the session will include guided meditation.
Yoga
Yin yoga
Through yin yoga you strengthen the mind, increase your breathing capacity and practice meditation. It is a gentle form of yoga where you hold positions for a longer time, which softens the connective tissue, gives the muscles better oxygen flow and more relaxation. (yin yoga is held on the last Sunday of every month during the Sunday Yoga Mind session)

Pranayoga
A blend of kundalini and medical yoga. Prana stands for life force and energy, and the class focuses on the breath. A form of yoga that suits both the experienced practitioner and the complete beginner.
Pilates
Mat-based training where we work on strength and mobility with a focus on the deep core muscles. We aim to increase stability and mobility in the spine, as well as to strengthen and balance the muscles in the abdomen, back, and pelvis.
Yoga
Lymph Yoga
The yoga consists of seated and lying positions that open up the lymph nodes, strengthen the back, increase spinal mobility, and stimulate the diaphragm (the lymphatic pump). At the same time, we do self-care and breathing exercises that give the lymph circulation an extra boost.

Yoga
Power Yoga
A dynamic form of yoga that focuses on strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. A sweaty style of yoga that gives your body a full workout and sharpens your focus.
